[who we work with]
WORKING AT THE NEXUS OF DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT
Run by Rural is currently collaborating with DEED Research Lab at Parsons The New School for Design. We are also working with Tracy Sparks, a business design strategist at the Social Ventures Lab in the Design MBA Program at California College of the Arts.
We have developing collaborations with three premier academic institutions in New York, Washington, D.C. and San Francisco in order to promote cultural exchange as a vital tool for closing gaps between sector and industry actors.

Run by Rural is a proud participant of the Market Incubator Program at NY NOW Artisan Resource. Artisan Resource exhibitors have experience in meeting export demands and are selected by their commitment to design innovation, cultural preservation, social enterprise and sustainability.
Since 2013, we have been members of The Aspen Institute's Alliance for Artisan Enterprise, launched by Former Secretary Hillary Clinton at the U.S. Department of State in 2012.
Ethical Fashion Forum invited Run by Rural to join Fellowship 500 in 2014. EFF unites 500 pioneering innovators in fashion and sustainability to take the movement to the next level. This includes individuals, entrepreneurs and businesses, from every part of the fashion industry supply chain, globally.
